Meetings of the full Town Council are held once every month on Mondays, normally starting at 7.00 pm. These are the main meetings of the Council, presided over by the Mayor. Minutes of the committees are received and adopted. Other business can include presentations from local bodies.

The Council Notice Board
All Town Council meetings are held at Holy Trinity Church, Rolle Road, Exmouth. Members of the public are very welcome to attend all meetings. There are seats specially reserved for you. Every effort is made to ensure that members of the public can understand the meetings and feel at ease. Agendas will be posted in advance on the website and displayed on notice boards in the windows of the Town Council’s offices at 44 Rolle Street, Exmouth. This gives prior details of each meeting of the Council.

Town Council Meetings
You can ask a question(s) at Exmouth Town Council meetings. You need to notify the Town Clerk in advance by emailing your question to to: email@example.com or by taking it to 44 Rolle Street before 5 pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting. You will then be given an opportunity to ask your question(s) at the beginning of the meeting.
