Exmouth Festival is a free community festival which is held over the weekend of the Whitsun Bank Holiday in May each year at the Imperial Recreation Ground in Exmouth. In 2020, the Festival will be held over the weekend of Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25th inclusive.

Interested in performing?

Plans are well under way for 2020 and whilst the theme and full content of the Festival is still to be announced, you can be guaranteed an exciting and eclectic mix of live music acts and fringe entertainment. If you are an artist and you want to be involved, please contact Exmouth Town Council’s Arts Manager, Carla Hiley, by email on artsmanager@exmouth.gov.uk; however please note that we receive many expressions of interest and it is not always possible to respond personally to everyone.

Are you a trader?

The Festival site offers an excellent trading location and the food and craft stalls are an integral part of the offering; each year we look for stallholders who will fit in with the spirit of the event. If you are interested in having a stall, please note that we generally open up stall bookings around three months before the Festival. Please email festival@exmouth.gov.uk with your contact details and we will let you know when Stallholder applications are being received for the 2020 Festival.

Want to volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to see a whole new side to the Festival. You’ll have a great time, meet new people and help us to raise much needed funds by encouraging donations to our bucket collection. You will need to be 18 or over and be available to work two-hour shifts allocated to you throughout the weekend. If you would like to volunteer at the Festival, please email festival@exmouth.gov.uk
