Meetings of the full Town Council are held once every month on Mondays, normally starting at 7.15 pm. These are the main meetings of the Council, presided over by the Mayor. Minutes of the committees are received and adopted. Other business can include presentations from local bodies.

There are two other committees of the Council which also meets periodically:

Finance Committee
Planning Committee

All Town Council meetings are held in the Chamber at Exmouth Town Hall, St Andrews Road, Exmouth EX8 1AW, access is through the side entrance to the building. Members of the public are very welcome to attend all meetings. There are seats specially reserved for you. Every effort is made to ensure that members of the public can understand the meetings and feel at ease. Agendas will be posted in advance on the website and displayed on the notice board outside of the Town Hall on St Andrews Road, Exmouth. This gives prior details of each meeting of the Council.

Town Council Meetings

You can ask a question(s) at Exmouth Town Council meetings. You need to notify the Town Clerk in advance by emailing your question(s) to townclerk@exmouth.gov.uk  or by taking it to the Town Council Office on the 1st Floor at the Town Hall, St Andrews Road, Exmouth, EX8 1AW before 5pm on the Thursday prior to the meeting. You will then be given an opportunity to ask your question(s) at the beginning of the meeting.
