Exmouth Town Council owns and manages Gorfin Hall, a small community building situated off Salterton Road.   The hall is a modern, flexible community hall set in a quiet corner of Exmouth. It offers well-maintained accommodation suitable for a wide range of activities, from arts or crafts groups, meetings, keep-fit, childrens parties (only under 12’s), talks and lectures. It can seat up to 60 people, has a kitchen, toilets and on-site parking for 10 cars.

Weekend Morning: £24 (9.30am – 1.30pm)
Weekend Afternoon: £24 (2pm – 6pm)
Weekdays Evening: £28 (5.30pm – 9.30pm)
Weekend Full day: £38 (9.30am – 6pm)
Hourly rate: £11
Bank Holiday fees are 50% more and for commercial lets the above fees are doubled.

Facilities at Gorfin Hall include a kitchen with fridge, hob and oven, hot water boiler, cold water dispenser, microwave, some crockery and cutlery. There approximately 25 adult size chairs available within the hall. 2 small tables (sits around 6), 2 large tables (sits around 8).

There are female and male/disabled toilets and front access ramps for disabled access.

Please note, Gorfin Hall is not licensed for music or alcohol. Strictly no bouncy castles due to the height of the ceiling and limited outside space.

A decked outside area has been created to enable some outside space to be used when the grass is unwalkable. The garden area contains equipment and toys which are owned by the regular users of Gorfin Hall. Should these items be damaged, the hirer will be liable for any costs of repair or replacement.

All setting up and clearing away must be completed within the booking period and the Hall must be vacated promptly to avoid conflict with other users.

Saturday and Sunday bookings must conclude and the car park be vacated by 6pm.

Hirers can collect the keys for the hall during normal office hours (9:30-4:30, Monday to Friday) as it will not be possible to collect keys on Saturdays or Sundays.
