Community Organisations Liaison Panel (Colp)
This Panel was established in July 2009 by the Town Council to bring together those community organisations with an Exmouth wide interest to work together towards a shared future plan for Exmouth. To start this process COLP drew up a Strategic Plan for Exmouth's future and an Action Plan. The Questionnaire filled in by over 300 people has been analysed and a copy of the report is attached.
